The Protectors does just what the name implies!

It protects any 12 volt load from a out of control power supply.

The Protector will open the main power supply line between the load and the power source, removing power from the load. This is done with a high current relay. The relay is rated at 30 amps!

When the overvoltage condition is fixed, the Protector will automatically re-connect the load to the supply. There's no fuses to replace or circuit breakers to reset. Operation is totally automatic and transparent to the user.

The Protectors comes as a kit with no case. It is designed to go inside most power supplies. It can also be put into a small case.

The protector also has a soft start for mobile installations. By keeping the power off to the loads, there's not spike from the starter motor or charging circuits in the car.
