The HP23RL is a smaller upgrade for the Heathkit HP-23 series power supplies. It's a bit easier to install than the larger HP-23R.
You get the pcb and all parts. You DO NOT get the HP-23 supply.

It also lets you use the high and low voltage switch featured in some of the HP supplies.




This kit uses a smaller PCB that fits between the choke and the power transformer. This makes it easier (and thus quicker) to build and assemble.
Because the pcb is smaller, the kit will be slightly cheaper.
