This is our newest version of the popular HP-23R power supply upgrade kit.

This kit uses a smaller PCB that fits between the choke and the power transformer. This makes it easier (and thus quicker) to build and assemble.

Because the pcb is smaller, the kit will be slightly cheaper.

Right now, I have eight prototype boards in house. Currently running the new kit on a old HP23A and a HW-101.

As you can see, the pcb fits nicely between the choke and the power transformer. The pcb is held in place using small aluminum standoffs that go into the original holes that held the old capacitors. There's NO DRILLING!!

Best of all, if your old Heathkit supply has the high and low switch like this one, you can now have both voltage available on this new board. (this is only available if your supply has the selector switch)
